Stepping Stones - Fitness Group
Run by a much valued and experienced volunteer who is an experienced personal trainer. The Stepping Stones activity sessions are held on the first Friday of every month and are perfect for those looking to get back into regular exercise. It doesn’t matter what stage you are at in regards to becoming active. The group is designed to work for all levels of fitness and abilities. Mental wellbeing is at the core of the groups ethos and all sessions are in a welcoming environment and are supported and supervised in a small group of up to 6.
